About this tool

Record a narration or audiobook script line by line. Import a .txt or .md script, record each sentence with your microphone, trim breaths and pauses with the waveform editor, then export as one merged audio file or a ZIP of individual MP3/WAV files.

How to use
  1. Import a .txt or .md script — each non-empty line becomes a sentence.
  2. Select a sentence and press Space (or the mic button) to record; press again to stop.
  3. Use the R key to re-record, drag the editor region to trim pauses, and S to save and move on.
  4. Choose format (MP3/WAV) and mode (merged or split) in the export dialog, then download.
Is my audio uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser; scripts and recordings are stored in IndexedDB.

Which formats can I export?

MP3 (128/192/320 kbps) or lossless WAV, either merged into a single file or split into a ZIP with one file per sentence.

Does trimming detect silence automatically?

Yes. The trim-silence button removes leading and trailing quiet parts of the current sentence.
