About this tool

Understand and build cron expressions with a friendly online scheduler. Paste a 5-field cron expression to see its plain-English meaning and the next few run times, or use the visual builder to generate one. Every calculation happens locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

How to use
  1. Paste a cron expression such as */15 * * * * to see its meaning and next run times.
  2. Pick an @ preset like @daily or @weekly to fill a common schedule in one click.
  3. Use the visual builder to set each field; it stays in sync with the expression above.
  4. Copy the expression or the share link, or hit Copy next to any run time.
Are 5-field cron expressions the standard?

Yes. The five fields are minute, hour, day of month, month, and day of week.

What happens when both day-of-month and day-of-week are set?

Standard Unix cron uses OR: the job runs if either field matches. For example, 0 0 1 * 1 runs on the 1st of every month and every Monday.

Do you support Quartz L/W/# syntax?

Not yet. This tool focuses on the standard 5-field cron, and shows a friendly notice when it meets Quartz-only tokens.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Parsing and run-time calculation happen entirely in your browser.
